Very bad experience
Very nasty experience!
The waiting point at the airport in Paris (PCG) was unbelievable! It was very dirty everywhere: on the floor, on the seats and their where people who wasn’t even going with the bus sleeping in the seats. One guy was necked with only a towel around him and another one was smoking inside the building. The shuttle bus was also dirty with trash on the seats and used face masks on the floor and seats. The price was way to high for this kind of experience!
Will not recommend when traveling with kids.

We bought a return ticket for the…
We bought a return ticket for the Magical Shuttle early 2018 in a packet through the disneylandparis.com.

The outbound trip went perfectly, but the returning day we were arriving to DisneyHotel Santa Fe from the parks a last time after our 5 days trip, we got our luggage and we were waiting 18h30 for the bus heading for CDG 2h30 before takeoff, just like directions in several received mails.

We found one red bus with "Magical" at the side at that time, but the driver said that he wasn't going to CDG. After waiting 25 minutes we were heading for the reception at DisneyHotel Santa Fe, just to discover that the next bus were scheduled 19h40. We never saw the departure 18h40???

Furthermore the reception said that the next bus approximately would arrive 20h50(!!!) at CDG, and that was way to late with our flight time 21h00. Therefor we were forced to order first a Disney-cab then a normal cab instead.

Please be aware that you have to leave the hotel approx. 3h30 - 4h00 before departure.

Poor customer service/no response
Poor customer service, no phone number and did not respond to any emails or the online complaints forms.

I had to have my charges reversed by my credit card company as I could not adjust my booking with them and couldn’t get any response to my enquiries. The online reviews of the shuttle service are poor and as I couldn’t contact the company I’ll be getting a pricy taxi instead to insure I get from a-b correctly.
